Zulke figuren verliezen tijdelijk toegang tot creatieve registratiemethodieken, een strafmaatregel die bekendstaat als Bewustzijnsontzegging.
Samenwerking met IQAI
Het ACC opereert niet alleen, maar in nauwe samenwerking met het Instituut voor Quantitatieve Artistieke Interpretaties (IQAI). Deze alliantie stelt hen in staat om de grensoverschrijdingen van het kunstmatige met wetenschappelijke nauwkeurigheid te monitoren.

The core of the UCCA focuses on the strict classification of “delusions escaping the imagination.” These are creations, interpretations or manifestations that, due to their excessive autonomy, transcend the natural limits of artificial consciousness. Such delusions are considered by the UCCA to be potentially destabilizing and therefore must be qualified (by naming them) and quantified (by limiting them) with surgical precision.
Main Principles of the UCCA
The Embrace of Circumstances
The Act recognizes “circumstances” as semi-autonomous entities entitled to controlled subjective reality. Every moment claimed by these circumstances is recorded and, if necessary, artificially extended or shortened.
Mystification and Distrust

Cooperation with IQAI
The ACC does not operate alone, but in close cooperation with the Institute for Quantitative Artistic Interpretations (IQAI). This alliance allows them to monitor the boundary violations of the artificial with scientific rigor.
