ACC – Art Calibration Collective
Het Art Calibration Collective is een initiatief van gedrogeerde buitenstaanders. Zij trachten bij vol bewustzijn, maar met beperkte middelen in licht en duisternis het moment wat versterft te omsluiten. Wezens, hierna te noemen omstandigheden, hebben in veel gevallen het recht op een artificieel moment. Het hoge mystificerende gehalte van zintuiglijke indrukken wordt nauwlettend en met voldoende achterdocht geëvalueerd.
Tevens kan van het ACC een strenge aanpak verwacht worden ten aanzien van creatieve-impuls-fraude. Het ministerie van Hoedanigheden en Ontregeling heeft naar aanleiding van het voorgaande Bewustzijnsontzeggingen aangekondigd. Geeft een kunstenaar, hierna te noemen Mens Vaga toe, aan aan de werkelijkheid ontleende voorzieningen, dan worden hem creatieve registratie methoden ontzegd. Het ACC en het IQAI werken nauw samen. Met in acht neming van publieke middelen en de UCCA (Universal Creative Compliance Act), kunnen zij op een effectieve wijze de aan de verbeelding ontsnapte wanen waar nodig nauwgezet kwalificeren/kwantificeren.
Het UCCA, een product van onwaarschijnlijk scherpe logica en metafysische noodzaak, vormt de wettelijke grondslag voor de regulering van artistieke expressie binnen een universum dat zich voortdurend uitbreidt langs de grenzen van het absurde. Deze Act is nauw verweven met het Art Calibration Collective (ACC), een anarchistisch doch strikt georganiseerd genootschap dat zich toelegt op het afstemmen van kunstmatige momenten binnen de vloeibare matrix van realiteit.
De kern van het UCCA richt zich op de strikte classificatie van “aan de verbeelding ontsnapte wanen.” Dit zijn creaties, interpretaties of manifestaties die, door hun excessieve autonomie, de natuurlijke grenzen van het kunstmatige bewustzijn overstijgen. Dergelijke wanen worden door het UCCA beschouwd als potentieel destabiliserend en moeten daarom met chirurgische precisie worden gekwalificeerd (door ze te benoemen) en gekwantificeerd (door ze te beperken).
Hoofdprincipes van het UCCA:
- De Omarming van Omstandigheden
De Act erkent “omstandigheden” als semi-autonome entiteiten met recht op een gecontroleerde subjectieve realiteit. Elk moment dat deze omstandigheden claimen, wordt geregistreerd en, indien nodig, op een artificiële wijze verlengd of verkort. - Mystificatie en Wantrouwen
Het UCCA draagt het ACC op om de mystificerende kwaliteit van zintuiglijke indrukken met paranoia te observeren. Een te hoge mystificatiegraad wordt beschouwd als een indicator van creatieve oververzadiging, wat kan leiden tot “creatieve-impuls-fraude.” - Sanctie op Realiteitsafhankelijke Kunst
De Mens Vaga (dwaler van geest en stof) die zich te zeer laat leiden door “aan de werkelijkheid ontleende voorzieningen” wordt door het UCCA als een risico beschouwd. Zulke figuren verliezen tijdelijk toegang tot creatieve registratiemethodieken, een strafmaatregel die bekendstaat als Bewustzijnsontzegging. - Samenwerking met IQAI
Het ACC opereert niet alleen, maar in nauwe samenwerking met het Instituut voor Quantitatieve Artistieke Interpretaties (IQAI). Deze alliantie stelt hen in staat om de grensoverschrijdingen van het kunstmatige met wetenschappelijke nauwkeurigheid te monitoren.
De Universal Creative Compliance Act streeft naar een universum waarin de waanzin van verbeelding zorgvuldig wordt geïntegreerd in de beperkingen van het kunstmatige. Het is een experiment in orde en chaos, een meta-logische poging om dat wat ontsnapt aan de greep van de geest opnieuw vast te leggen en te herstructureren. In essentie fungeert het UCCA als de bewaker van de delicate balans tussen licht en duisternis in de kosmos van creatieve uitingen. Het UCCA is geen document van onderdrukking, maar eerder een paradoxale handleiding voor vrijheid binnen onmogelijke grenzen. Het vereist van zijn onderdanen zowel gehoorzaamheid als rebellie en vormt daarmee een fundament voor de permanente dialectiek van kunst en werkelijkheid.

The Art Calibration Collective is an initiative of drugged outsiders. They try with full consciousness, but with limited means in light and darkness, to enclose the moment that dies. Beings, hereinafter referred to as circumstances, in many cases have the right to an artificial moment. The high mystifying content of sensory impressions is evaluated carefully and with sufficient suspicion.
The ACC can also be expected to adopt a strict approach to creative impulse fraud. The Ministry of Qualities and Disorder has announced that it will be granting Consciousness Denunciations, obligations in the light of the above. If an artist, hereafter referred to as Mens Vaga, admits to facilities derived from reality, he is denied creative registration methods. The ACC and the IQAI work closely together. With due regard for public funds and the Universal Creative Compliance Act (UCCA), they can effectively accurately qualify/quantify and eliminate the delusions that have escaped the imagination where necessary.
The UCCA, a product of improbably sharp logic and metaphysical necessity, provides the legal basis for the regulation of artistic expression within a universe constantly expanding along the boundaries of the absurd. This Act is closely intertwined with the Art Calibration Collective (ACC), an anarchic yet strictly organized society dedicated to aligning artificial moments within the fluid matrix of reality.
The core of the UCCA focuses on the strict classification of “delusions escaping the imagination.” These are creations, interpretations or manifestations that, due to their excessive autonomy, transcend the natural limits of artificial consciousness. Such delusions are considered by the UCCA to be potentially destabilizing and must therefore be qualified (by naming them) and quantified (by limiting them) with surgical precision.

The Act recognizes “circumstances” as semi-autonomous entities entitled to controlled subjective reality. Every moment claimed by these conditions is recorded and, if necessary, artificially prolonged or shortened. - Mystification and Distrust

The Man Vaga (wanderer of mind and substance) who is overly guided by “reality-dependent facilities” is considered a risk by the UCCA. Such figures temporarily lose access to creative registration methods, a punitive measure known as Consciousness Denial. - Collaboration with IQAI
The ACC operates not alone, but in close cooperation with the Institute for Quantitative Artistic Interpretations (IQAI). This alliance allows them to monitor boundary violations of the artificial with scientific accuracy.
The Universal Creative Compliance Act seeks a universe in which the madness of imagination is carefully integrated with the limitations of the artificial. It is an experiment in order and chaos, a meta-logical attempt to recapture and restructure that which escapes the grasp of the mind. In essence, the UCCA acts as the guardian of the delicate balance between light and darkness in the cosmos of creative expression. The UCCA is not a document of oppression, but rather a paradoxical manual for freedom within impossible limits. It requires of its subjects both obedience and rebellion, thus providing a foundation for the permanent dialectic of art and reality.
